Volunteers Needed

The concession stand is the primary source of profit from this tournament for our club. Therefore if you can donate something for us to sell during the tournament it would be appreciated.

If you would like to volunteer for the concession stand or to bring a treat please contact the concession coordinator.

Our Last Tournament Meeting to discuss JOBS, SUPPLIES, ETC., Will be Thursday the 26th of January. PLEASE Parents and Students attend this meeting.

We will need able bodied individuals to set up and take down the mats if you can assist in either one or both please contact Jud or Howdice and let them know.
