Forms & Fees

Fees are;

1. Insurance(USA Judo)

2. Club Dues (in commitment contract)

3. buying a judo uniform (Gi). 

*Uniforms can be purchased on Amizon.com,  hatashitasports.com or anyother site. Just make sure it is the correct fit and a Judo Gi.  We advise everyone to purchase a white uniform first then if still participating in Judo purchase a Blue Gi.
